Pro Rez or Pro Rez LT Quicktime with visual 2-pop

AAF or OMF with: 

a) embedded audio

b) at least 30 frame handles, 

c) no video track

d) audio file with 2-pop

Please remove any processing from dialog tracks such as noise reduction or EQ. For ADR sessions, included a track with original scene audio for sync purposes.
